By donating, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

• You are 18 years of age or older.

• You are a citizen of the United States.

• You make these contributions/donations of your own free will and with your own funds.

• No other individual, organization, or group has given you funds with the intent that they be used for a political contribution of any kind.

 

Federal law requires the campaign to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.

 

Please note that state, local, and specific elections will have their own reporting requirements that the recipient will be required to report.

 

Federal donations are not tax deductible. However, some jurisdictions may allow tax deductions.
